Refund and returns policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in original packaging

Be in a resaleable condition

Include proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original delivery fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable courier service
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

Opened or used adhesives, glues, paints, inks, sprays, mediums, or pigments

Cut, altered, or partially used paper, cardstock, tissue paper, or serviettes

Digital products or downloads

Workshop or event bookings
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the outer and inner packaging
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange:

Return of the incorrect item, and
-
Shipment of the correct item at no additional cost
Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
Workshops & Events

Workshop bookings are non-refundable

Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice

If a workshop is cancelled by us, a full refund or credit will be issued
