The COLOR GLOW pigments from 13@rts are perfect for amazing watercolor, shiny, metallic effects on the background, coloring stamps and for traditional watercolor painting. The are packaged in easy-to-use jars. Use them on paper, watercolor paper, canvas or any other surface primed before with acrylic primer.
How to use:
- Mix the powder with water on the color palette and then paint with a brush.
- Spray your surface with water and then paint with wet brush and some powder.
- Sprinkle with some powder and then spray with water.
- You can also mix it with liquid acrylic medium, gel medium, wax, paint, paste etc.
Note that the more water you add, the lighter the color.
